  • Customer service experience to help provide a high level of customer service to members and guests

  • Must have the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

  • Must have great communication and problem solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • All Staff is required to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week

  • Staff is required to arrive 30 minutes prior to class start time

  • Stay a minimum of 30 minutes after each class to help clean, organize and set up the studio for the next operating day (Includes disinfecting bikes, shoes, gathering towels, cleaning out lockers, taking out trash, cleaning and replenishing all restroom/shower amenities, cleaning lobby area and any other cleaning tasks needed).

  • We value the attendance and punctuality of our employees as we strive to provide a high level of customer service to our members. Please take into consideration class start times as you map out your commute.

  • Contribute to generating sales by promoting our class offerings, special promotions, memberships and more. 

  • Required to follow additional responsibilities set in the iiCE studio staff manual/guide/orientation packet.

  • Handle all member concerns with a solutions-focused attitude in a timely manner.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
